Range planning assumes a flat paved route, 20 km/h average speed, 25°C ambient temperature and a 75 kg occupant in each occupied seat, with every seat occupied. Charging time assumes 0–100% using the displayed matched charger. Gradeability targets assume the displayed seating load; they are not verified test results. Confirm actual specifications and test conditions for the selected configuration before ordering.

The reference configurations above use LiFePO4 batteries. Lead-acid alternatives and other battery capacities can be reviewed by model; changing the battery also changes the relevant charging and performance specification.

- Single-unit samples are available for evaluation, subject to model availability. A sample order does not establish dealer status.
- 03Production
- Typical planning window: 25–35 working days after specification approval and deposit receipt. Custom development and shipping transit are additional.
- 04Mixed Loading
- Mixed-model loading can be reviewed against the final model mix, packing method and vehicle dimensions. No fixed container quantity is assumed.
- 05Warranty
- Illustrative limited warranty: 2 years on the vehicle and 5 years on the lithium battery. Coverage, start date, limits and exclusions must be confirmed in the order documents.
- 06Spare Parts
- Stocked service parts: planned dispatch within 3–5 working days after availability and order confirmation. Shipping transit is additional.

01What Determines the Wholesale Price?
Model, battery, accessories, branding and quantity all form part of the quotation. Share your destination port when requesting shipping options. Pricing is prepared after the required configuration and delivery details are confirmed.
02What Is the Minimum Order Quantity?
For the standard configurations in this design concept, wholesale orders start at 4 units per model. Single-unit samples can be requested for evaluation. Customization and model availability may change the order requirement.
03Can I Mix Models in One Container?
Mixed-model orders can be reviewed. The available quantity depends on the models, packing method and final loading plan. Share the mix you are considering so we can check a suitable arrangement.
04Can These Vehicles Be Registered for Road Use?
Road-use suitability is reviewed for the specific model and destination. Tell us where you plan to use the vehicle so we can review the available configuration and supporting documents. Any registration requirements need to be confirmed before purchase.
05What Warranty and Parts Support Is Available?
The demo uses a 2-year limited vehicle warranty and a separate 5-year lithium battery warranty. It also uses a 3–5-working-day dispatch window for confirmed stocked parts, excluding shipping transit. The applicable coverage, exclusions and support arrangements must be agreed for the order.
06How Long Does Production Take?
The standard-order planning window is 25–35 working days after specification approval and deposit receipt. Custom development, revised specifications, shipping and clearance are not included in that window.
