Incoming Inspection
Motors, controllers, batteries and structural components are reviewed against purchasing specifications. Inspection methods vary by component and may include identification checks, sampling or functional checks.

In-Process Checks
Torque, harness routing and alignment are checked at the relevant assembly stages. Findings are recorded so they can be addressed before final inspection.

Final Inspection
A configuration-specific functional checklist covers braking, steering, lighting, electrical functions and the selected accessories.

Pre-Shipment Review
The order configuration, packing list and loading plan are reviewed before dispatch. Independent inspection can be arranged by prior agreement; its scope, timing and cost are confirmed separately.
